Summary
This study looked at two types of exercises—Sahrmann's exercises and core stabilization exercises—to see which one works better for reducing low back pain and helping with daily activities. 72 adults with low back pain and a curved lower spine (lumbar lordosis) took part. Researchers measured pain levels and disability before and after the exercise programs.
