Summary

This early-stage study tests a new medicine, SAR448501/DR-0201, in 62 adults with lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. The goal is to find safe doses and see how the body responds. Participants receive multiple doses and are followed for about 13 months to check for side effects and any signs of disease control.
