First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app called Safe Haven can help college students feel less depressed, anxious, and stressed. About 68 undergraduates in Taiwan will either use the app plus standard campus care, or just standard care. The app includes daily mood tracking, weekly check-ins, and educational tips. Researchers will compare the two groups after 3 months to see if the app improves mental health.
