New drug shows promise in extending life for advanced bladder cancer patients

Summary
This study tests a new drug, sacituzumab tirumotecan, against standard chemotherapy for people with advanced bladder cancer that has gotten worse after prior treatments. About 590 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug or a chemotherapy chosen by their doctor. The main goal is to see if the new drug helps people live longer.
