First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This 8-week study tests whether a daily supplement called Sabroxy® (made from Oroxylum indicum bark) can improve insulin resistance and memory in adults aged 40-80 with mild cognitive impairment and insulin resistance. About 140 participants will receive either Sabroxy® or a placebo. Researchers will measure changes in insulin resistance, cognitive test scores, and blood markers of inflammation and brain health.
