Summary
This study tests whether the drug ruxolitinib (Jakafi) can reduce severe fatigue in people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who do not yet need standard treatment. About 10 participants will take the drug and report their fatigue levels using a simple questionnaire. The goal is to see if the drug improves energy and shrinks swollen lymph nodes.
