This study tested a new, low-cost surgical method called the 'Grand-Knot' for repairing torn rotator cuffs. It involved 160 adults aged 45-75 with full-thickness tears. The goal was to see if this technique works as well as the standard anchor repair for improving shoulder function and healing over 2.5 years.
