This trial tests whether injecting tranexamic acid into the shoulder bone before rotator cuff repair improves the surgeon's view during the procedure. Sixty adults scheduled for arthroscopic rotator cuff repair will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if this technique reduces bleeding and makes surgery smoother.
