Summary
This study tests if special rotational exercises can reduce fall risk and improve mobility in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will enroll 50 participants aged 50-70 with mild to moderate Parkinson's. The exercises focus on turning movements, which are often difficult for Parkinson's patients, and will be compared to standard care using balance and mobility tests.
