NCT ID NCT05700760

First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether the ROSE program, which has been shown to prevent about half of postpartum depression cases in women at higher risk, can work for all new mothers. Researchers will enroll 2,320 pregnant women from a large health system in Detroit to see if offering the program to everyone is effective, cost-saving, and fair. The goal is to help decide if ROSE should be a standard part of care for all pregnant women.
