Summary
This study looked at two different ways to fill a root canal after removing infected pulp. 56 adults with severe tooth pain (irreversible pulpitis) took part. Researchers compared a newer method called continuous wave condensation with a standard single-cone technique to see which caused less pain, filled the tooth better, and led to better healing after 6 months.
