First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looked at 75 adults who needed a second root canal on a front tooth. They tested three different irrigation activation methods (ultrasonic, sonic, and laser) to see which one caused the least pain after treatment. Patients recorded their pain levels for a week, and will be followed for up to two years to check if the infection heals better with any method.
