Summary

This study tests whether adding a common mouthwash ingredient (chlorhexidine) to a standard root canal medicine (calcium hydroxide) helps reduce pain after treatment. 80 adults with infected front teeth will receive one of two mixtures. Pain levels are checked at 12, 24, and 48 hours after the procedure. The goal is to find a better way to manage discomfort during root canal recovery.
