Summary
This study tested whether special LED lights that mimic sunlight, installed in hospital rooms, could help people with major depression. Fifteen patients took part, with some getting the dynamic light and others standard light. The goal was to see if the setup was practical and comfortable, and to measure any changes in mood and sleep.
