NCT ID NCT07325240

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a combination eye drop (Rocklatan) works better than a standard drop (Latanoprost) at lowering eye pressure over a full 24-hour period in adults with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. About 30 participants will use one drop in each eye nightly. The goal is to see which provides more consistent pressure control, day and night.
