First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination eye drop (Rocklatan) lowers eye pressure better over a full day than a standard drop (Latanoprost) in people with open-angle glaucoma or high eye pressure. About 30 adults will use one drop of each medicine in different eyes nightly. The goal is to see which provides better 24-hour pressure control.
