Summary

This study tests whether robotic-assisted walking training (using a device called Lokomat) can improve balance and walking smoothness in people with incomplete spinal cord injury. Thirty participants are randomly assigned to either robotic training or standard balance exercises. The goal is to see if the robot helps them move more steadily and safely.
