Robot buddy aims to lull seniors to sleep
NCT ID NCT07435220
Summary
This study is testing if a handheld robot that provides gentle vibrations along with audio guidance can help older adults with memory concerns sleep better. It compares this robot-guided meditation to standard audio-only meditation apps. The goal is to see if the physical feedback from the robot helps people stay more focused during meditation, which might reduce stress and lead to improved sleep.
