Heart device alerts could predict trouble weeks in advance

Summary
This study looks at a new alert system called HeartInsight that uses data from implanted heart devices to predict when heart failure might get worse, up to 42 days early. About 100 people with heart failure and a compatible device will be followed for 12 months. The goal is to see if doctors find these alerts useful and act on them to improve care.
