Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (acalabrutinib, venetoclax, and durvalumab) in people with Richter transformation, a rare and fast-growing lymphoma that develops from chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The goal is to control the disease and improve survival. About 27 adults with this condition will receive the treatment to see if it stops cancer growth and helps the immune system fight the cancer.
