First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested whether training with rhythmic music (like a steady beat) can help people with Parkinson's disease move their arms better. 38 participants did arm exercises with or without the music for 21 days. Those who trained with the beat showed improved hand speed and dexterity, and the benefits lasted at least a month.
