Summary
This study is collecting information from 200 people with Parkinson's disease, dystonia, essential tremor, or other movement disorders who are scheduled to receive a standard radiofrequency (RF) ablation treatment. The goal is to see how the procedure affects patients' quality of life in everyday medical practice. Researchers will track changes in well-being over time, but this is an observational study, not a test of a new treatment.
