Summary

This study aims to collect real-world results from a procedure that uses targeted heat (radiofrequency ablation) to treat the brain. It involves 200 people with movement disorders like Parkinson's disease, dystonia, or essential tremor. The main goal is to see how the procedure affects patients' quality of life and symptoms over time.
