Summary
This study is gathering information from 200 people with Parkinson's disease, dystonia, essential tremor, or other movement disorders who are already scheduled to receive radiofrequency (RF) ablation as part of their routine care. The goal is to see how this treatment affects quality of life over time. No new treatments are being tested; instead, researchers are collecting real-world results from standard medical practice.
