New shot may cut gallbladder surgery pain in half

Summary
This study tests a new type of nerve block (r-PVB) to reduce pain and improve recovery after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. About 250 adults having this surgery will either get the new block or standard care. The goal is to see if the block lowers pain scores and helps patients feel better faster after surgery.
