Summary
This study tests two new chemotherapy strategies to treat retinoblastoma, a rare eye cancer in children, while trying to save the eye and preserve vision. One part compares a two-drug injection directly into the eye's artery versus a single drug. The other part looks at standard IV chemotherapy combined with local eye treatments. The goal is to see which approach best avoids eye removal and maintains good eyesight.
