Summary
This study is testing two different approaches to treat retinoblastoma, a rare eye cancer in children, while trying to save the affected eye and preserve vision. One part compares two chemotherapy methods delivered directly to the eye, while another part evaluates vision outcomes from standard treatments. The goal is to find the most effective way to control the cancer while maintaining the child's eyesight and quality of life.
