NCT ID NCT07530458

First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at past cases of children with retinoblastoma, a rare eye cancer, to see how well three treatments—radioactive plaque, freezing therapy, and laser therapy—worked after initial chemotherapy. Researchers will review records of 150 patients treated in Egypt to find out which approach saved the most eyes and what factors led to success. The goal is to learn from past experiences to improve future care.
