Summary

This study tests whether special breathing exercises can improve heart, lung, and exercise function in people who recently had weight-loss surgery. Researchers will measure breathing strength, sleep apnea, and walking distance in 52 adults aged 18 to 60. The goal is to see if respiratory muscle training helps recovery beyond standard care.
