Summary
This study tests a program called RESET, led by community health workers, to help older adults in Detroit improve their physical and mental well-being. About 456 African American adults aged 50 and older with symptoms like depression, anxiety, chronic pain, or loneliness will take part. The program includes group phone calls, podcasts, and activity trackers to build resilience and self-care skills.
