NCT ID NCT07219979
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether remote monitoring (video calls, online surveys) is as safe and effective as standard in-person follow-up after wrist fracture surgery. About 160 adults who had surgery for a broken wrist will be randomly assigned to virtual or in-person care. The goal is to see if remote care can maintain good function, satisfaction, and safety while reducing the need for travel and clinic visits.
