Summary
This study tests whether a simple, home-based technique called remote ischemic conditioning can improve heart health in people with spinal cord injury. Participants will use a blood pressure cuff to briefly restrict blood flow to an arm, then release it, repeating this several times a day. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and can improve blood vessel function and reduce inflammation.
