NCT ID NCT05235113
Summary
This study is testing a new home exercise program for older adults with mild memory loss or dementia. Participants use a special video game system at home to do balance and thinking exercises, which are supervised remotely by a therapist through video calls. The goal is to see if this convenient, at-home approach can help improve balance, memory, and overall quality of life.
