First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether two relaxation techniques—Benson relaxation and progressive muscle relaxation—can help reduce pain and improve sleep quality in 160 patients who have had a lung lobectomy. Participants will practice these techniques after surgery, and their pain levels and sleep quality will be measured. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to improve recovery.
