Summary

This study looks at whether progressive muscle relaxation exercises can help burn patients sleep better, feel less anxious, and have a more positive body image. About 100 adults with second-degree burns will either do these relaxation exercises twice a day for a week or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free technique can improve recovery and quality of life.
