Summary
This study is testing a new blood test that measures telomeres (the protective caps on your chromosomes) to help doctors diagnose lung cancer. Researchers will enroll 1,200 adults aged 45 and older, including people with newly diagnosed lung cancer and healthy volunteers. The goal is to see if combining telomere measurements with other health information can accurately predict who has lung cancer.
