NCT ID NCT07619209
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether two simple relaxation methods—progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing exercises—can reduce shortness of breath and severe tiredness in people with advanced cancer receiving palliative care. About 90 participants will be assigned to one of the two exercise groups. The goal is to see if these techniques can improve comfort and help patients better manage their daily self-care.
