Summary
This study tests a 6-week group therapy program for adults with psychosis. The therapy focuses on changing negative core beliefs, which are thought to drive symptoms. Researchers want to see if the program is safe, feasible, and can improve beliefs and symptoms. All 38 participants will receive the therapy, with no comparison group.
