Summary
This study compares two medications, dexmedetomidine and lignocaine, given before placing a breathing tube in heart surgery patients. The goal is to see which drug better controls sudden rises in blood pressure and heart rate during the procedure. About 70 adults at risk for heart problems will take part, and their vital signs will be monitored closely.
