First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study focuses on improving how doctors spot early signs of chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) in people with dark skin tones, who are often underdiagnosed. Researchers will interview patients about their experiences and test new assessment techniques, including special photography. The goal is to create better guidelines so all patients receive timely care, regardless of skin color.
