New drug aims to shrink polyps in inherited colon condition

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called REC-4881 in 67 adults with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), a genetic condition that causes many polyps in the colon and small intestine. The goal is to see if the drug can safely reduce the number and size of polyps. The trial has two parts: first to find the right dose, then to measure how well it works.
