New pill aims to keep pancreatic cancer away after surgery

Summary
This study tests a new drug called daraxonrasib in people with pancreatic cancer who have already had surgery and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if taking the drug can delay or prevent the cancer from returning compared to just watching and waiting. About 500 adults will be randomly assigned to receive the drug or no additional treatment.
