New pill aims to keep pancreatic cancer away after surgery

Summary

This study tests a new drug, daraxonrasib, to see if it can stop pancreatic cancer from returning after surgery and chemotherapy. About 500 people who have had their tumor removed and finished chemo will either take the drug or just be watched. The goal is to see if the drug helps people stay cancer-free longer.
