Summary

This study is testing several new experimental drugs (RAS(ON) inhibitors) combined with standard chemotherapy or other targeted therapies in people with advanced colorectal or pancreatic cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if these combinations are safe and can shrink tumors. About 1,130 adults with specific RAS gene mutations will participate across multiple treatment groups.
