First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether combining internal radiation (Y90 beads) with two immunotherapy drugs (tremelimumab and durvalumab) is safe for people with bile duct cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. About 16 participants will receive the treatment to check for side effects and see if the tumors shrink. The goal is to find a new option for patients who currently have few choices.
