This early-stage trial tests a technique called PIPAC, which turns chemotherapy into a fine mist and sprays it directly into the abdomen during a keyhole surgery. The goal is to see if this method is safe and reduces side effects for people with biliary tract cancer that has spread to the lining of the belly. About 12 adults will take part, and they will also receive standard chemo through the veins.
