Summary
This study tests whether a liver transplant after a special type of internal radiation (SIRT) and chemotherapy can help people with advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this approach improves survival over 3 years. The study plans to enroll 36 adults aged 18-65 with non-metastatic, unresectable intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
