Summary

This study looks at whether qigong or multicomponent exercise training can improve physical and mental health in people with panic disorder. Researchers will enroll 60 adults diagnosed with panic disorder and have them do 8 weeks of exercise. The goal is to see if these activities reduce panic and anxiety, and improve balance, walking, sleep, and quality of life.
