Summary
This study tested whether Pycnogenol, a natural extract from pine bark, can improve overall health in people with Long COVID. 153 adults with ongoing symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, or shortness of breath took either Pycnogenol or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. The main goal was to see if their self-rated health status improved by the end of the study.
