Summary

This study looks at how different levels of exercise affect the hearts of young adults (ages 18-39) who survived childhood cancer and were treated with a type of chemotherapy called anthracyclines. Participants will follow a supervised exercise program to see if it can improve heart function and fitness. The goal is to find safe ways to reduce long-term heart damage in survivors.
