Summary
This study is creating a large database of information from 900 people who have pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) or are at risk for it. Researchers will collect medical history, test results, and follow-up data over time. The goal is to better understand the disease, improve diagnosis, and help design future studies.
