First seen Jul 02, 2026 · Last updated Jul 02, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a brief, telehealth-delivered therapy called Written Exposure Therapy (WET) can help autistic adults who have experienced trauma. Participants complete five weekly writing sessions and wear a Fitbit to track sleep, activity, and heart rate. The goal is to see if PTSD symptoms and overall health improve, and to gather feedback for future improvements.
