Summary

This study tests whether adding a sensor-based exergame to regular table tennis practice can help adolescent boys with mild autism react faster and move more quickly during play. Half of the 24 participants will do 20 minutes of light-based reaction training twice a week for 8 weeks, while the other half continues usual practice only. Reaction time and agility are measured before and after the training period to see if the exergame makes a difference.
